In Leopard’s Mail you used to have to go through the edit menu in Mail to add a link to some text. Snow Leopard’s Mail lets you use Mac OS X’s standard text shortcut of ⌘K to add a link.

This had been a gripe of mine since I started using Apple Mail. Just another well placed tweak in Snow Leopard.
