I’ve been using a menu bar app called Notifr for a few months now. It has growl support and everything, so I’ve been ok with it. The UI is passable and quite frankly, I couldn’t find anything I liked better. This morning, while clicking around in 10.6, mike9r posted a tweet recommending a new app called Notify. I downloaded it and loved it right away. I mean, how could you not love this UI?:

Support for multiple accounts, a tabbed interface and growl notifications make this menubar app seem like it’s sculpted from a solid piece of concentrated WIN. Well, it is. Plus it’s free. Why aren’t you downloading it yet?
