Tr.im didn't die, it was fakin'

Not that I ever used tr.im but don’t you think it’s kind of a bad strategy to tell everyone you’re going offline and then say “just kidding guys, we’re fine”?
Seems like they told everyone that the reason they were shutting down was that they never figured out how to monetize. Then, after reading all the blog posts on how they could’ve monetized, they were like “Oh, good idea! Let’s do that!”
