A Witty Help Desk Ticket
Requestor:
Dear Help Desk, I am a 25 year old girl currently working on a Cooking for Two SIP that involves Incopy and Indesign programs. I have been exporting Incopy stories through Indesign and manually changing the permissions on the .incx files that are pooped out so that Todd can edit and work on the files. However, there have been a number of times the .incx files refuse to save for Todd after he has edited them. Even with permissions changed. Even when he has been able to edit before. What's the deal with this on-and-off hot and cold mess? Why can't we be on the same page? Or rather, why can't Todd be on the same page? Sincerely, I Just Want To Be Saved
